Council Information 
The Saint Julie Billiart Council is located in Newbury Park, California, at 2475 Borchard  Road. The Grand Knight for 2006-2007 is Tim McCarthy. You can contact the Knights by phone at 805-499-0979 x1, or by email at davedre@stjuliesnp.org. 

Council Meetings 
Meetings are held on the first Tuesday of the month, at 7:30 PM. The meetings are held in Saint Julie's parish hall. 

About Our Council 
Saint Julie Billiart Council was founded in 1983. The Council works closely with the Parish of Saint Julie Billiart in Newbury Park, providing funds for various projects, and actively participating in parish events.
